Avantguard UPVC Roof 3 layer Explanation

1.The First layer of Avantguard protects the roof from oxidizing damage from the intense UV exposure, prevents dust and static accumulation, and also formation of mould.

2.The second layer is a specialized foamed UPVC that reduces thermal conductivity and provide noise insulation. This reduces echo within the building and also reduces noise during heavy rain. Being an insulator, Avantguard UPVC roof does not require separate thermal insulation thus reducing overall installation cost and time. Removing the need for insulation also reduced bacterial accumulation usually in insulation wool for the food industry due to condensation which also hastens the corrosion of metal roofs.

3. The third layer acts as a composite laminate that helps strengthen the material even better

Avantguard Translite Explanation

Translite is single layer transparent roofing used as skylight in conjunction with Avantguard 3 layer. The transparent roofing is made from high grade UPVC material and enhanced with reinforcing additives that will last up to 10 times longer than readily available fiberglass and polycarbonate roofing. Benefits include reduced heat transmission, sound proof, mould resistant and anti cracking.
